Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. 

However, Salon Thor has the right to charge, with the payment information on file, any appointment that is cancelled/moved or no-showed within 48 hours.

If you would like to reschedule just let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment by calling 414-482-2225. We reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service. We reserve the right to charge for the full cost of a no-showed appointment.

 Clients who cancel/move or no-show an appointment may be asked to prepay future services. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. Moving appointments, cancellations & no showing an appointment cost our talented staff time and wages. 

Time is valuable to all of us; we hope you understand the need for these policies. Salon Thor will charge $25.00 for any returned checks. For the straightening systems and color corrections we will need to take a $100 non-refundable deposit, which will be charged to your card of the day of booking.
